oooooh i love how this one came out. x3 I dunno, maybe it's the colors or the pose or whatever. I like it. I was thinking along the lines of "Well, if it's a legendary pokemon then they have to dress like something high and mighty." something like that.

This is half of a commission I took over at a Pokemon forum i'm on. The next one I gotta color is Leafeon. :3

I always pictured Raikou as a guy but this works out really well. ^.^ I love how you took the butterfly looking X-ish thing(whiskers?!) and made it a necklace, super creative!

yeah i've pictured Raikou as a guy too but the person wanted it to be female sooo, yeah. Tis female. xD

I wasn't sure really what to do with it cause it looked super retarded on her face. xDDD So i said "HEY! a necklace! that works!

I agree with you but this is what the person asked for. If it were up to me, i would've drawn all of my human pokemon as males.
